Some SEO. Link building
First of all, what is SEO? SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is a process of optimizing your website for better positions in search engines and to get higher volume of traffic.
If you blog or website is optimized properly, you get a lot of targeted traffic.
I will write about the most effective step for SEO namely link building.
Back link to your site is like a vote in view of search engines, and that means better ranking.
So how can you build back links?
There are a few ways to do that:
Article marketing:
I wrote about article marketing in my previous post. It is very good way for link building and requires a very little effort to gain links to your blog or website.
Forum posting:
Thi is another great way to gain one way back links to your blog or website. You have to visit popular forums (normally they have high PR) and post replies in threads that are related to your niche with a back link to your site (you can add back link in your profile, signature or in a post itself).
Video marketing:
Video marketing is the most modern way to gain back links and is getting proved very effective. However, it takes a long time to make good video and upload it on Youtube. So this method is not for everyone.

One trick of successful blogging. Article submission
Your blog may become a profitable way to make money online. Internet users love content and if you like to write, it’s easy to create content for a blog. One of great ways to promote your blog is article marketing. All you have to do, is to submit your articles to articles directories. But first of all you have to post your article on your blog.
Not all of your visitors will use article directories and they may never see it unless you post your article on your blog. Also search engines give more weight to the page where article was published first.
After that you can submit it to the article directories. It is a good idea to do that by using an article submission service. This will help you to build backlinks and raise search engines rankings.
The weight of your blog depends of backlinks pointing to it. The more links you have pointing back, the better. Also it gives more places where your blog can be found.
Before posting your articles to article directories, I advice you to rewrite them (to change a work order for example, and replace some phrases) to make them more unique.

Two Words About Blog Analytic.
If you have a small business and started to blog about it to get more traffic, or if you created a blog just for yourself, you’ve probably wondered is anyone listening?
And it is an important question to ask.
There are a lot of multiple paid as well as free analytic tools you can use to see just how many visitors and page views you’re getting. By using them, you can also track average length of time a user stays on your blog, whether or not users return to your blog and search engines that are delivering the most traffic to your blog. This is very important data for your online strategy.
One of the most popular (and free) analytic tool is Google Analytics. The installation process is easy - all you’ll need to do is create a free Google account and upload the special html code that will be generated automatically for you to your blog. If you have any problems with that, please feel free to contact me, and I will help you (the price is $7 via PayPal).
For a basic tool to use with Blogger.com try SiteMeter.com.
Even if you don’t have a lot of visitors, checking your analytic can be quite motivating. When you see large number of unique visitors to your site one day , you want to attract even more visitors the next… When you get to that point, then you should start thinking about Search Engine Optimization.
